ServWay terms and conditions
Proposed terms for the ServWay website, organizational portals and mobile app. Prepared on 11 October 2026.
Confirmation required: the legal operator and the commercial and legal provisions identified below must be finalized before these terms become effective. Viewing this draft does not constitute acceptance of a new agreement.
1. Scope of the service
ServWay supports workplace inspections, evidence collection, corrective work, equipment tickets, procedures, communication and reporting. Available features depend on the organization’s subscription, configuration and user permissions. These proposed terms cover the website, organizational portals and mobile app.
2. Accounts and organizational access
Use an account authorized by your organization, keep credentials private and notify your administrator of suspected unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and reviewing access when responsibilities change. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access records outside your authorized scope.
3. Acceptable use
Use ServWay for authorized, lawful work. Do not submit deliberately false inspection results, impersonate another user, upload malicious content, harass others, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls. Upload only material you are authorized to provide and avoid unrelated personal or confidential information.
4. Records, evidence and responsibilities
Users and their organizations are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their submissions and for following up on assigned work. Checklists, reports and automated suggestions support operational decisions; they do not replace professional judgment, on-site supervision or an organization’s safety and regulatory responsibilities.
5. Offline work and device permissions
Supported mobile workflows can save work locally before synchronization. A local saved state does not confirm server acceptance. Check synchronization and rejection notices, and resolve pending work before clearing device storage or removing the app. Camera, microphone, location and notification permissions affect the workflows that use them.
6. Privacy and customer content
Account information, workplace records and evidence are handled as described in the privacy policy. Authorized organization members and assigned consultants may see records according to their permissions. The operator must confirm customer-content ownership, the limited rights needed to provide the service, retention and deletion arrangements before these terms become effective.
7. Subscriptions and payment
The applicable organization agreement or order should identify the plan, price, currency, taxes, seat limits and billing period. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, price changes and the consequences of non-payment require confirmation in the final terms. This draft does not introduce any new payment obligation or automatic-renewal commitment.
8. Availability, changes and account closure
Service availability can depend on connectivity, maintenance and third-party infrastructure. Any service-level commitments, support response times, suspension grounds, notice periods, termination rights and data-export process must be specified in the final agreement. This draft does not promise uninterrupted service or authorize deletion of customer records.
9. AI and third-party services
Where enabled, automated or AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before they are used for operational decisions. The final terms must identify the relevant third-party conditions and explain any limits on these features. Do not treat generated suggestions as independent verification that work was completed or a safety requirement was met.
10. Final agreement and contact
The legal operator, effective date, governing law, dispute process, liability provisions and relationship to existing customer agreements remain to be confirmed. This page is a review draft, not an effective contract, and does not replace an existing signed agreement. Questions about the proposed terms can be sent to info@servway.net.
